Gaëlle BREARD is involved in asset transactions as well as in restructuring and monitoring companies. With her regional experience, Gaëlle has specialised in the structuring of real estate holdings by non-residents. However, she retains a particular affinity for corporate taxation thanks to her Parisian qualifications and early career.

Gaëlle also assists her corporate and individual clients in complex or strategic tax audits and litigation.

Gaëlle started her career in renowned Parisian firms (Ernst & Young, Archers, TZA). She arrived in the region in 2015 and continued her experience with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and then Fidal before taking over the head of the tax department of Clarelis Avocats and becoming a partner in 2021.

Gaëlle is also a lecturer at the Université Nice Côte d'Azur where she has been teaching corporate taxation since 2019.
