Stéphane ALEXANDRE has been specialising for almost 20 years in legal and tax advice to entrepreneurs and international and French private clients, particularly on the French Riviera, Switzerland and Monaco.

His activities cover legal and tax advice for a clientele composed of entrepreneurs, SMEs, family-owned companies and private clients.

His main areas of practice are the structuring and development of professional and private assets, the holding of exceptional real estate, family office, the transfer of assets, family governance and the treatment of French issues related to trusts and private foundations.

Stéphane has worked in several leading international business law firms and networks (HSD Ernst & Young, Unyer, WTS Global, FIDAL) before founding Clarelis Avocats in 2021.
