Droit social
Clarelis Academy has been an approved training organisation since 2022.
We provide training in employment law for human resources directors, human resources managers, social relations managers and lawyers.
The quarterly "Actu sociale": this training course takes place every quarter over one day and includes a presentation of the latest legislation, regulations and case law.
Specific training courses set up at the time of major reforms in employment law; training on specific topics relating to employment law. For example: "managing disciplinary cases", "managing cases of inaptitude", "prevention and treatment of psycho-social risks: practical application", "the functioning of the CSE", "the basics of employment law", etc.
These training courses can be given outside your company, either in small groups made up of several participating companies, or within your company itself through "à la carte" training actions tailored to your needs.
Trainees are provided with a teaching aid during each training course.
All our training courses are accessible to people with reduced mobility and are held in adapted rooms.
